No Show / Cancellation Policy

At Bel Viso Medical Spa, we value your time and ours. To provide the best care and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 1–2 business days’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

• A $50 no-show fee will be charged to the credit card on file for any missed appointments without proper notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 1–2 business days in advance) may also be subject to this fee.
